Full-period figures reproduced from the original portfolio evidence. They describe platform-reported marketing activity and are not presented as verified showroom sales.

Context

A consumer-appliance business with a physical showroom.

Artex uses digital channels to introduce products and offers, answer customer questions, and support showroom discovery. There is no e-commerce checkout connecting platform activity directly to a sale.

Challenge

Many products and seasons required a consistent campaign process.

The business manages different products, discounts, exhibitions, seasonal campaigns, and after-sales messages. Marketing needed a repeatable way to turn management priorities into clear customer communication.

My role

Product campaigns, Arabic content, coordination, and reporting.

  • Converted product and discount priorities into campaign briefs and publishing plans.
  • Wrote Arabic copy for products, offers, exhibitions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Coordinated design requirements and delivery with internal teams.
  • Recommended what to promote, when to launch, who to target, and how to allocate budget.
  • Reviewed customer response and prepared campaign evaluations and improvement notes.

Marketing system

From product priority to customer enquiry.

Evidence

Reach and engagement were used as marketing signals.

The recorded figures help compare products, messages, audiences, and timing. Without a connected checkout or point-of-sale source, they do not prove a showroom sale.

The measurement model focuses on platform attention, product interest, enquiries, and showroom discovery.

Measurement limits

Digital interest and verified showroom sales are different outcomes.

A stronger measurement setup would connect campaign identifiers with enquiry and showroom records, allowing platform results to be compared with business outcomes.

Learning

Offline retail needs measurement that reflects its actual customer journey.

Product marketing should make the offer easy to understand, give the customer a clear next step, and help the business learn from recorded enquiries and visits.
